AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Application and Acceptance
  • Completing the online registration form for a specific training program does not guarantee final acceptance.
Training Schedule
  • ASAS is committed to providing training for the required course according to the agreed schedule. However, ASAS reserves the right to modify the schedule in the interest of training and will notify trainees via email or any means of communication.
Payment and Approval
  • If applicable, trainees will receive training and financial payment schedules via email for approval.
Course Cancellation or Rescheduling
  • ASAS reserves the right to cancel any training course or change its start date. Trainees will be notified of such changes by two working days in advance.
Registration Cancellation
  • For accredited professional certificate programs, trainees must submit a cancellation request to ASAS 10 working days before the course start date. ASAS has the right to accept or reject the request, except for late registrations.
Refunds
  • ASAS is committed to refunding the amounts paid by trainees/customers if ASAS cancels the training course or seats are unavailable. ASAS will confirm registration based on seat availability and registration requests.
Attendance and Requirements
  • Trainees must attend at least 80% of the training hours allocated for the course.
  • Trainees must submit all course requirements, if any, within the specified deadlines set by the institute.
Payment of Course Fees
  • Trainees must complete all course fee payments before the last training day or before receiving the certificate from ASAS or the awarding body.
Late Payment Consequences 
  • Late payment of instalments may result in delayed submission of requirements to the concerned awarding body, which may, in turn, delay the completion of the training and the certification.
 Absence and Refund Policy
  • In the case of absence, trainees lose their right to claim a refund of fees unless they provide an official and valid excuse. ASAS reserves the right to accept or reject the reason.
 Documentation and Media Usage
  • ASAS may document training programs through photography and video to publish them on its social media platforms.
Postponement
  • Trainees may request a postponement after applying to ASAS for acceptance. However, the trainee is responsible for bearing membership renewal fees or any fees related to training in such cases.

التسجيل والقبول

جدول التدريب
يلتزم معهد أساس بتوفير التدريب للدورة المطلوبة وفقًا للجدول الزمني المتفق عليه. ومع ذلك ، يحتفظ معهد أساس بالحق في تعديل الجدول الزمني لصالح التدريب وسيقوم بإخطار المتدربين عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو أي وسيلة اتصال
الدفع والموافقة
سيتلقى المتدربون ، بعد الموافقة من المعهد ، جداول التدريب و الدفع المالية عبر البريد الإلكتروني للموافقة عليها
إلغاء الدورة أو تعديلها
يحتفظ أساس بالحق في إلغاء أي دورة تدريبية أو تغيير تاريخ بدئها. حيث سيتم إخطار المتدربين بهذه التغييرات قبل يومين عمل
إلغاء التسجيل
بالنسبة لبرامج الشهادات المهنية المعتمدة ، يجب على المتدربين تقديم طلب إلغاء إلى أساس قبل 10 أيام عمل من تاريخ بدء الدورة. حيث معهد أساس له الحق في قبول الطلب أو رفضه ، باستثناء التسجيلات المتأخرة
المبالغ المستردة
يلتزم معهد أساس برد المبالغ المدفوعة من قبل المتدربين / العملاء في حالة إلغاء الدورة التدريبية أو عدم توفر المقاعد. وسيقوم معهد أساس بتأكيد التسجيل بناءً على توفر المقاعد وطلبات التسجيل
الحضور والمتطلبات
يجب أن يحضر المتدربون 80٪ على الأقل من ساعات التدريب المخصصة للدورة التدريبية
دفع رسوم الدورة
يجب على المتدربين إكمال جميع مدفوعات رسوم الدورة التدريبية قبل آخر يوم تدريب أو قبل استلام الشهادة من معهد أساس أو الجهة المانحة
عواقب السداد المتأخر
قد يؤدي التأخر في سداد الأقساط إلى تأخير تقديم المتطلبات إلى الجهة المانحة المعنية ، مما قد يؤدي بدوره إلى تأخير إكمال التدريب والشهادة
سياسة الغياب والاسترداد
في حالة الغياب ، يفقد المتدربون حقهم في المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم ما لم يقدموا عذرًا رسميًا وصالحًا. إذ يحتفظ معهد أساس بالحق في قبول السبب أو رفضه
التوثيق واستخدام وسائل الإعلام
قد يقوم معهد أساس بتوثيق البرامج التدريبية من خلال التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو لنشرها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بها
طلبات التأجيل
يمكن للمتدربين طلب التأجيل بعد التقديم إلى أساس للقبول. ومع ذلك ، فإن المتدرب مسؤول عن تحمل رسوم تجديد العضوية أو أي رسوم متعلقة بالتدريب في مثل هذه الحالات
