Designed to meet the needs of today’s Health and Safety requirements, ISP covers the core skills needed to achieve a healthy and safe working environment. The topics covered include –
- Recognise the general International Health and Safety legal framework
- Identify the impact of accidents on the workplace environment
- Identify the aims and different types of HSE inspections
- Recognise the principles of behavioural-based safety
- Identify a range of work hazards and related control measures
- Write a basic Risk Assessment and provide suitable control measures
Successful delegates are awarded the Asas International Safety Passport card, approved by IOSH, which can be used to get on-site.
