MR. Yahya AlYami
Group Chief Executive Officer Khalifa at Algosaibi Investment CJSC

Yahya AlYami is the CEO of Khalifa AlGosaibi Investment Group, a leading Saudi investment firm. With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he previously worked at Schlumberger for 15 years in key roles, including operations manager and transformation programme manager, leading projects to improve efficiency and drive innovation.

Yahya holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering with Project Management from Heriot-Watt University. He is known for his expertise in business development and delivering results through innovation and collaboration.

With 18 years of global financial experience, Nazih specializes in cost control, M&A, and risk management.

He has driven financial discipline and governance across energy, technology, and services, ensuring sustainable value creation.

Nazih holds a BSc in Accounting, an MBA from the Lebanese American University, and a Diploma in Internal Audit.

He leads operational and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Khalid Al Abdulaziz is an HR and administration professional with over 25 years of experience. He has held leadership roles in both international and local companies, driving growth and achieving exceptional results.

With 18+ years in HR management, Khalid has a strong track record in developing strategies that improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity. He also has significant experience in government relations, navigating complex regulatory issues.

Khalid is currently the Group HR Director at Algosaibi Investment Group, where he leads the HR strategy and team.

Dr. Amira Karam
General Manager (Asas)

Dr. Amira Karam is an HR and organizational behavior expert with over 22 years of experience. She has worked as a trainer and program development manager for international universities in the Middle East.

Dr. Amira holds a Ph.D. in 'Stereotyping' and is a certified Master Trainer in NLP, Chartered Manager (CMI), and CIPD trainer. She is currently the General Manager of ASAS Training, overseeing operations and development.

Her expertise includes competency frameworks, KPIs, and organizational restructures, and she has published research in international journals.

Assessment Centre Head
Shireen is the Head of Assessment and Development. She has been in the field of assessment, training and development for nearly 20 years. Shireen has also managed assessment centers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and the United Kingdom. Shireen has completed an Honors Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Sciences in the United Kingdom. She holds certificates as an Assessment Centre Manager, Levels A and B of occupational testing, Educational Development Program, CIPD Level 7, HR Strategic Leader and in Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

MR. Abdullah Al-Sultan
Operations Manager

Abdullah Al-Sultan is an expert with over 14 years of experience in training and education. He has proven his capabilities in dynamic environments like ASAS Training Institute, where he developed and delivered high-quality programs tailored to learners’ needs, managed student registration and exams, and oversaw financial reports, payables, and receivables with enhanced financial control. He also holds a CMI certification, further strengthening his leadership credentials.

He has shown strong leadership and communication skills with various stakeholders. Previously, he served as Financial and Administrative Manager at ASAS Institute, leading key projects with ministries such as Finance, Food and Drug Authority, and Railways, achieving notable financial results. His expertise spans strategic leadership, HR management, and public relations. He holds a CIPD Level 5 certification.

In addition to his broad skill set, Aamer excels in communication and interaction with diverse audiences, demonstrating high competence and efficiency in all tasks he undertakes.

Public Relation Specialist

Alhanouf is an expert in strategic communication and content creation. She is among the first to obtain a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication with honors from King Faisal University, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Technology with honors from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.

She possesses extensive experience in managing media projects and creating visual and written content using the latest content production tools and Adobe programs. She has distinguished herself in organizing and managing impactful events and initiatives, transforming ideas into communication messages that strengthen corporate identity and support media presence. She combines creative thinking with practical expertise to deliver communication solutions that provide added value and leave a clear impact on the target audience.

Roaa, an expert in institutional development and training, holds an academic background in Chemical Engineering and brings over six years of professional experience in system development, human resources management, and corporate training.

She has built strong expertise in project management, program design, and organizational communication through multiple leadership roles, complemented by more than a decade of volunteering that enhanced her leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.
