Yahya AlYami
MR. Yahya AlYami
Group Chief Executive Officer Khalifa at Algosaibi Investment CJSC

Yahya AlYami is a highly accomplished business professional with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry and other industries as well. He is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Khalifa AlGosaibi investment group, a leading investment firm headquartered in Saudi Arabia. In this role, he oversees the whole group operations and strategic direction, working closely with the board of directors to drive growth and localization

Prior to his current position, Yahya spent 15 years at Schlumberger, one of the world's largest oilfield services companies. During his tenure there, he held several key positions, including operations manager, commercial manager, and transformation programme manager. He was responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and driving innovation across the organization.

Yahya holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering with Project Management from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is a highly skilled business development professional with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. He has a deep understanding of the business and is passionate about driving positive change through innovation and collaboration.

Before that Nazih worked at Schneider Electric.

Nazih has over 18 year’s global experience across numerous financial functions; including cost control, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.

He has a track record in implementing prudent financial discipline and strong governance across several industries, from Energy management, technology, to services and help them be well-positioned & focused on sustainable value creation.

Nazih holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from the Lebanese American University. He also holds a Diploma in Internal Audit from the Institute of Internal Audit of Lebanon.

Nazih is leading various group-wide operational and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiencies and productivity, and create the best-in-class capability that will take the business into the future.

HR & Admin Director at Algosaibi Investment CJSC

Khalid Al Abdulaziz is a highly accomplished and results-driven HR and administration professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has held various leadership positions in both international and local companies, where he has consistently delivered outstanding results and achieved exceptional growth.

With 18+ years of experience in managerial positions within HR and administration, Khalid has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the HR function and the critical role it plays in driving business success. He has a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that have led to significant improvements in employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

In addition to his HR expertise, Khalid also has extensive experience in government relations, which has been instrumental in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies. He has a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and has a proven track record of navigating complex regulatory issues.

Khalid is currently Group HR Director at Algosaibi Investment Group, where he is responsible for developing and implementing the company's HR strategy and leading the HR team.

Dr. Amira Karam
General Manager (Asas)
Dr. Amira Karam is a highly accomplished professional in human resources management, talent upskilling, and organizational behavior. With over 22 years of experience, she has worked as a trainer and program development manager for international universities in the Middle East. Dr. Amira has a Ph.D. in 'Stereotyping' and is a certified Master trainer in NLP, chartered manager CMI, and a certified trainer for CIPD. She is currently the General Manager of ASAS training, where she manages the overall training center. Dr. Amira's expertise has led her to work on several competency frameworks for different organizations, KPIs, and organizational restructures. She has also published research papers in various international periodicals and journals and has a keen interest in conducting corporate research.

MS.Shireen Heidari
Assessment Centre Head
Shireen is the Head of Assessment and Development. She has been in the field of assessment, training and development for nearly 20 years. Shireen has also managed assessment centers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and the United Kingdom. Shireen has completed an Honors Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Sciences in the United Kingdom. She holds certificates as an Assessment Centre Manager, Levels A and B of occupational testing, Educational Development Program, CIPD Level 7, HR Strategic Leader and in Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

MR. Abdullah Al-Sultan
Assistance Operations Manager
Abdullah Al-Sultan is an expert with over 14 years of experience in training and education, He has demonstrated his professional career in dynamic environments such as ASAS Training Institute, where developed and delivered high-quality training programs tailored to meet learners' needs, efficiently managed student registration and exam administration processes, managed financial reports, accounts payable, and receivable, while enhancing financial oversight,He has shown effective leadership and communication skills with various stakeholders. Previously, he successfully served as Financial and Administrative Manager at ASAS Institute, managing significant projects with ministries such as Finance, Food and Drug Authority, and Railways, achieving tangible and inspiring financial results. His skills range widely from strategic leadership to human resource management and public relations, holding a Level 5 CIPD certification.

Area Project Manager
Asma has extensive experience in project management, having held roles as an Area Project Manager at several government ministries and authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including: Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, other sovereign entities and the Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate. Asma has demonstrated a proven track record of leading successful projects and achieving objectives. She has showcased effective leadership skills in efficiently managing resources and guiding her teams. In addition to her project management expertise, Asma also has experience in human resources consulting. Asma holds: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Bahrain University College, Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches Marbella in Spain, CIPD Level 5 certifications and CMI Level 5 certification.

Rawan Bahabri recently joined the Asas team as a Training and Development Specialist through the Tamheer training program. She has since transitioned into a full-time role and become an integral member of the ASAS family. Rawan earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahad University and successfully completed her COOP Training Program with Aramco. Her skill set encompasses various strengths, including effective communication, technological expertise, sharp critical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and hands-on proficiency in leadership and management.

Bushra Al-Zahrani is an experienced Bids Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistical Mathematics from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. She began her professional career at ASAS Training Institute as a Business Development Specialist, where she successfully contributed to preparing and submitting financial and technical proposals for various projects in both the public and private sectors. Notable projects she has been involved in include: the specialized and non-specialized collective programs at the Ministry of Finance, the graduate development program at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and the executive training camp from SIMAH, among others. By analyzing customer needs and requirements, she developed comprehensive proposals that enhanced profitability and significantly contributed to achieving the company’s goals.
